Welcome to Branova! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you reserve early access to our product through a paid deposit on our website (https://branova-core.vercel.app/).

By making a deposit, you agree to these Terms. If you have any questions, contact us at info@branova.com.

1. About Branova (Pre-Launch)

Branova is currently in pre-release development. The product you are reserving is not yet live. By placing a deposit, you are reserving a spot in our early access program and securing discounted, lifetime pricing when we launch.

2. Deposit Terms

• Deposit Amount: $199 (Pilot Plan) or $499 (Founders Circle)
• Use of Deposit: Your deposit will be credited toward your first month once the product is live.
• Lifetime Pricing Guarantee: Your discounted pricing is locked in as long as your subscription remains active after launch.

3. Refund Guarantee

You are eligible for a 100% refund of your deposit if we do not ship our MVP (minimum viable product) by October 31, 2025.

• Refunds must be requested by emailing us at info@branova.com
• If the MVP is delivered on or before that date, your deposit becomes non-refundable and will be applied to your first subscription cycle.

4. Returns Policy

Once the regular Branova service has officially launched and your subscription begins, all payments are final and no returns or refunds will be offered for active subscriptions or services, except where required by law. Please ensure you wish to continue before your subscription renews.

5. Definition of MVP Delivery

For the purposes of this agreement, Branova’s MVP includes:

• A working web application where users can input plain-English analytics requests
• Auto-generation of a tracking plan (JSON or GTM format)
• Basic event insights or visualizations based on mock or real data

We reserve the right to improve or expand this MVP over time.

6. Use of the Product

You agree not to misuse the Branova platform. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our system
• Using Branova for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Sharing early access credentials without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, visuals, prompts, content, and generated outputs remain the property of Branova (or its licensors). You may use your outputs freely once the product is live, but you may not copy or redistribute any part of the product itself.

8. Limitation of Liability

Branova is a pre-release product. While we aim to provide value, we do not guarantee specific business results. You use the platform at your own risk. We are not liable for any losses, direct or indirect, resulting from the use or unavailability of the product.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Branova after that means you accept the changes.
